Lisa was born and raised in Illinois. Always having a passion of helping others, she graduated from St. Francis Medical Center College of Nursing earning her BSN degree and began her nursing career.

She and her husband, James, have been married for more than 30 years. While raising their six children, Lisa volunteered in their schools and sport leagues, she organized multiple charity events, and served in several school governance leadership roles. 

​

Along the way, Lisa and her family have been privileged to live in Florida, Wisconsin and Queensland, Australia. It was in Australia that Lisa retired her nursing career. Having settled in Tucson nearly a decade ago, making it their permanent family home, her passion for helping people has shifted from health to wealth. Lisa believes that having a financial strategy and preparing to protect your family’s future is as important as protecting your health.

Jeffrey has been a life insurance agent for 20 years.  Policy design is the focal point of this agency.  Sending dollars to insurance companies is easy.  Jeff spends most of his policy design time with the client figuring out how to get the money back out. 

​

He graduated from Illinois State University with a finance degree, spent 5 years with a major bank, 10 more with one of the oldest financial planning firms in the country, and the last 5 years running a family focused financial services company. 

​

He grew up in the western suburbs of Chicago, becoming enamored with bad sports teams and delicious unhealthy food. Jeff moved to Tucson in 2006 where he met his wife, Stephanie.  Now with 3 kids in tow, his favorite things to do are becoming his favorite things to watch the kids do.  Torches pass, that’s part of it all.  You get to choose your legacy in this world, make sure it’s one worth passing along.

Born and raised in Virginia, Mike attended college at James Madison University.  His first career in the manufactured housing industry brought him to Tucson in the early 90’s.   He quickly transitioned from retail sales into management where he coordinated the efforts of finance, sales, construction and business teams on a local and regional level. Mike’s love for helping his customers realize their dream of home ownership led to a natural focus on common sense strategies in order to achieve those dreams.  His interest for finance and passion for helping others  led him to switch careers; he obtained his insurance license in 2008.  After several years building and servicing a successful practice, Mike and his partner Jeffrey Belokin created Wealth Building Strategies, an independent wealth preservation firm.

Mike really enjoys meeting one on one with  his clients, earning their trust and creating an individualized roadmap to identify each client’s specific financial goals.  He believes in investing in his client relationships so that he can create financial strategies that help his clients to effectively pursue their goals based on their resources and specific financial goals.

 

After twenty nine years here, Mike has truly made Tucson his home, even earning Wildcat status by completing a degree at the University of Arizona in 2006.  He is committed to Tucson community, volunteering his time and talents to help young people involved in Junior Achievement and regularly participating in community service projects.   He and his wife, Laurie, have been married for over twenty five years; together they enjoy juggling the craziness of family life with three children and two chocolate labs.
